Our website and the contents of the website is owned and operated by Boxalo Limited, the company incorporated in the jurisdiction of Cyprus, located at Leoforos Spyrou Kyprianou, 67, 4003, Limassol, as well as any its affiliates and/or subsidiaries.

Our company provides quality products and services that relate to the usage of these products. Your use of the website and the items composes your agreement to the terms and policies of our company. These terms are under your responsibility to read and follow, as they may or may not be changed periodically without prior notice.

In return our company is responsible for providing you with quality products that are sold as a digital service or digital download. Every customer can contact the company for technical assistance (please read Terms of Support prior to contacting the Support team) via our support system or on a theme’s forum in case you haven’t purchased any items yet.

We understand that gaining your trust can be achieved by selling premium products, and therefore we guarantee that all out items are designed and developed by professional designers. We give you a wide range of themes and templates that are highly customizable, multipurpose and feature-rich. We do not provide any services for 3rd party software, plugins or sources that you might have used with our themes and templates.

Licensing

All our services are licensed under the GNU general public license. You are allowed to remove the copyright information in the footer and make any modifications you want to your themes.

Clipart and Images

Please keep in mind that demo images are not included in the theme package. They are copyrighted to their respective owners and, therefore, watermarked. On request, our Tech Support Team can send you the list of image ids from the corresponding website so you could download them and use on the website.
